The iterative and sensational cuts by OPEC+ did not stop the downward trend in oil prices, yet are they helping with the group’s ambition to manage the market? Albeit a difficult question to tackle, we are faced with certain new realities: unstable/uncertain demand, recession worries, and central banks continuing to take a toll on oil and gas prices as well as on equities.
