- The Group has announced a proposed acquisition of In-Store Media, a marketing company specialised in promotional activations for large-format grocery retail, with a view to building out its retail media business.
- The transaction would be funded by the debt facility raised at the end of 2025 (a €200m RCF plus a possible €100m extension).
- While the amount has not been disclosed, valuation metrics from the French listed peer (HighCo) suggest the acquisition should not require more than €60m. If it does require significantly more, it would raise additional question on Vusion’s financial trajectory.
